你不知道的廚具其實也該殺菌消毒囉！處理食材的廚房用具除了要加強清潔之外，還要做好殺菌的工作，讓飲食生活更加安全衛生。【出處：收納play-No.29】

廚房用具的殺菌

1.以冷開水：白醋：鹽 = 6：2：1的比例來調和，稀釋出家用殺菌液。

2.可用來浸泡刀具以及刨皮刀、開罐器等廚房用具。
