馬以南控誣指收獻金敗訴　謝長廷：浪費司法資源

媒體報導行政院前院長謝長廷指馬總統大姊馬以南曾收玉皇宮百萬元政治獻金，馬以南憤而提告，最高法院今天維持高院判決，判馬以南敗訴定讞。謝長廷透過辦公室發出新聞稿表示，玉皇宮曾拿100萬政治獻金給國民黨或馬英九，這本是小事一件，也是事實。但是馬以南卻因為媒體的報導，而提告求償，一審敗訴後堅持上訴到二審、三審，對此案浪費國家司法資源，謝長廷感到相當遺憾。

《時報周刊》4年前報導謝長廷指馬以南曾收玉皇宮100萬元政治獻金，馬以南認為遭誣陷抹黑，提告向謝長廷求償200萬元精神慰撫與登報道歉，一、二審認為《時周》記者提供的採訪錄音，無法證明謝長廷講馬以南收錢，且謝長廷拿出立委蔡正元12年前擔任國民黨發言人的受訪剪報，佐證國民黨收過玉皇宮100萬元捐款，判馬以南敗訴，最高法院今維持原判決定讞。（陳雅芃／台北報導）
