蘋果今天發表最新平板電腦iPad Air 2，號稱世界最薄的平板電腦，機身厚度僅6.1mm，比iPhone 6 Plus的7.1mm更薄，有不少網友笑問：「不知道會不會又有人拿來折彎？」
iPad Air 2配備9.7吋Retina螢幕，相機升級為800萬畫素iSight 鏡頭，並支援縮時攝影、慢動作攝影、全景攝影及快拍，並具備Touch ID指紋辨識，共有金、銀、灰3色，容量版本採取與iPhone 6 相同策略，將推出16GB、64GB、128GB三種版本，Wi-Fi版售價分別為499美元、599美元、699美元，4G版售價則分別為629美元、729美元、829美元。
蘋果同時配備7.9吋螢幕、500萬畫素iSight相機的iPad mini 3，同樣具備Touch ID指紋辨識功能，售價從399～729美元不等；iPad mini 2將繼續銷售，售價299美元起。
