餐廳名稱：李家麵館刀削麵 消費時間：2014年/10月 地址：新北市中和區景新街404號 網誌圖文好讀版： http://cookiesisterlo.pixnet.net/blog/post/394541258 在地阿左左中和南勢角人，吵著問他哪裡有好吃的麵？ 除了推薦饞、阿公麵之外，這是他硬擠出來的第三間，李家麵館刀削麵 這間店我們去了兩次， 第一次因為吃飯時間大排長龍，懶得等，之後又有行程而換了小張刀切大滷麵 第二次雙十連假，整個很放鬆，趁著下雨天，有空閒，這才吃到了排隊小吃 店家就是開放是的廚房（在內），外部則有許多摺疊桌椅 看板上都有大大的菜單，另外裡面有小菜冰箱，請自行拿取 這裡的廚師好幾個，一字排開站好好， 掌廚須要力氣，拿這些鍋鏟，弄這些大量的麵條，手臂可要有力 所以這裡清一色都是男廚師，分別處理切麵、湯麵、炒麵、調味麵等 像第一個就是不斷削著麵糰的師傅，哈哈！ 想著等一下都是厚實的刀削麵，阿餅就好興奮:) 這是他們的價目表，基本上價錢也都好貴>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.36.238.193 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1413392128.A.596.html
