立委關切4G 張善政:基本費率會非常低

4G競標價格即將破1,000億元，多位立委在交委會關切此一發展，業者未來是否會把成本轉嫁到消費者身上，政務委員張善政被質詢時指出，業者提出費率，NCC有把關權責，建議業者將來收費模式，採消費者用量多寡區別，用多付多。

對於費率是否會比3G貴，張善政說，4G基本費率會相當低，應不高於3G費率。
