（中央社記者張榮祥台南17日電）台南市政府衛生局抽查全市16個行政區252家販菸場所， 發現其中118家仍賣菸給未滿18歲的未成年者。 這項抽查於7月至9月間進行，由衛生局派出年滿18歲志工，穿者高中學生制服到超商、超 市、雜貨店及檳榔攤買菸，只要志工未出示證件，還能買到菸品，就算是不合格。 衛生局抽查16個行政區252家販菸場所，其中118家不合格，不合格率46.8%。衛生局當場要 求商家改進。 衛生局今天表示，商家遇到青少年宣稱是為家長來買菸時，應直接拒絕販賣；看到穿著學 生制服或年齡顯然未滿18歲者，也應直接拒絕販賣。 商家若是抱持懷疑的態度，應以「拜託證件看一下」應對，要求出示證件確認是否年滿18 歲；對方若無法出示證件，可以「抱歉，警察會調錄影帶，賣菸給你，我們會被罰錢啦！ 」或「拜託，賣嘎挖害啦！賣菸給你，會害我們被罰錢」應對，拒絕販售菸品。 http://ppt.cc/D-oG -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136
