請問此PV的特效該如何做出來？

如題，請問以下幾個PV那種像是隨著音樂節奏變換的效果是怎麼做的呢？（就是那一個個會隨節奏變成直線的，有點像縮小版的心電圖）
痞客邦和優美客的播放器好像也是那種效果@@

請問這些是用什麼軟體製作的呢？我只有After Effects CS4，請問AE也可以做嗎？
