台鐵自強號7日在台中龍井站撞死兩名道班工，台中地檢署檢察官何昌翰今天上午10時至龍井車站事故現場履勘，釐清案發經過。

台中地檢署檢察官何昌翰上午至事故現場進行勘驗，除瞭解列車調度、進出站車速，以及道班工作業流程與填寫的保修紀錄表，另外帶走何姓、黃姓兩名道班工使用的扳手、反光背心等工具。

對於列車進站前是否有鳴笛一事，何昌翰表示，雖然蕭姓駕駛員供稱進站前有鳴笛警告並緊急煞車，這部份也會再比對列車長的說法；若有需要，也會進一步詢問當時在車上的乘客。

此外，對於台鐵出示的保修紀錄表，何昌翰說，因出示的是影本，將要求台鐵出示正本進一步比對。

台鐵112車次自強號火車昨天上午9時33分經過台鐵龍井站時，撞到當時正在進行維修作業的何姓與黃姓道班工，造成兩人當場身亡。(中央社)
