查毒勒索包小三　前警員二審判16年

【劉昌松／台北報導】桃園縣警局平鎮分局偵查隊前小隊長黃子龍，不但將查毒認識的女毒販杜廣敏納為「小三」，還多次利用職權，向毒販勒索收賄共55萬元，高院今天依貪污等罪判他徒刑16年，褫奪公權6年。至於杜女和外甥女胡佩君分別因販毒被判刑9年、4年半徒刑。本案還可上訴。

原本一審認定已婚現被停職的黃子龍，在2005年到2009年間，共收賄205萬元，判刑20年，但上訴高院後，法官認為其中部分犯行只有單一毒販指控，證據不足改判無罪，最後只剩下利用查緝毒品案件的機會，以追捕過程中被撞壞偵防車為由，向毒蟲勒索修車費，另外幫毒蟲掉包尿液樣本，前後共收賄55萬元，改輕判16年徒刑。

另外黃在查緝杜女和男友販毒案時，因杜女不滿黃答應少報毒品數量卻沒做到，2人在爭執糾纏之際竟生情意，同居並生下1女，等黃被檢舉涉貪後，杜女和外甥女胡佩君販毒勾檔才被一併查獲。
