寶徠董座：新店寶徠花園　年底交屋

【劉曉霞／台北報導】知名豪宅「寶徠花園廣場」建商寶徠建設(1805)今天舉行股東會，寶徠建設董事長李左軍說，新店「寶徠花園」今年底會完成交屋，業績可望入帳，當時總銷約100億元。

李左軍說，今年還有三重、內湖廠案等案挹注營收。寶徠去年營收12.22億元，稅後獲利6539.5萬元，每股盈餘1.3元，無配發股利。
