遠雄：拆蛋或留蛋都違反BOT合約

大巨蛋安檢小組提出大巨蛋五大安全疑慮，並提出拆蛋和留蛋的建議。遠大巨蛋總經理湯佳峰說，拆蛋或留蛋都會違反BOT合約，且雙方應該用同一種語言和數據來說話。

湯佳峰今天中午接受POP RADIO電台專訪時做以上表示。

湯佳峰說，市府拿大巨蛋園區五大建築每一層樓同時著火，同一時間所有人都開始跑，這個標準過於嚴苛，可能全台灣沒有一棟樓可以符合這個標準；且大巨蛋符合當時的建築安全法規，若要適用新法規可以修法。
