標題[問題] 業務新人試用期揹業績？

各位好 本魯 前天去南部面試一間網路廣告公司 網站建置 SEO優化 新人試用期二個月 一個月至少做一件 4萬的 三個月考核要18萬 主管說新人業績已是一般業務的一半而已 一件案子從25～100k都有 週休二日 0830～1800 底20k含勞健保&補助 抽成10～20% 當下沒問業績沒達到會怎樣，網路查有同公司經驗的寫說沒達成自動離職 這工作原本有期待 但面試後聽到受訓後新人馬上揹業績就有點... 有種免洗感 請問知道相關業界的前輩 新人馬上揹業績的是正常嗎？謝謝 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 110.30.1.73 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1429844373.A.B9E.html
