選戰倒數林右昌控行政不中立

選戰倒數10天，民進黨基隆市長候選人林右昌掃街時不忘控訴選舉不公、行政不中立的情形。他指出，市府所有公務行程都有通知謝立功團隊，謝立功甚至出現在國小校門口向家長拜票、發送文宣，他不可置信地說，「全台沒有候選人敢違背這個原則」，認為謝立功應該跟所有家長及學校道歉。

謝立功競選總部發言人羅楚東表示，相關競選行為皆符合規定，因此何須道歉？他認為林右昌別因為民調下滑就開始無理取鬧，見不得其他候選人認真跑行程的行為令人遺憾。
